Three Major Sources of Work-related Stress
According to Entrepreneur, about 79 percent of workers in America are “sometimes or frequently” stressed and two-thirds of the country’s workforce has experienced some level of burnout.
Based on ComPsych’s data on workers’ behavioral health, work-related stress is caused by three major factors: 39 percent say “workload,” 36 percent say “people issues” and 14 percent say “juggling work and personal life.”
